On 18th May, the 10th Anniversary Cup Football Match ended on the southern football pitch. The Department of Mechanical & Electronical Engineering defeated the School of Information Science & Technology, seizing a 2-0 lead and got the trophy. Prior to this victory, the Department of Mechanical & Electronical Engineering had already won the Football Club Cup. So they were the winners twice this year. This is the first time it happens in TKK.

    The score was 1-0 in the first half; MEE players totally controlled the situation and hit the first goal after 18 minutes. During the second half, the CST players still couldn’t score though they tried very hard to counterattack. But the MEE players got another one with their strong defense. Finally, MEE won the game in 2-0.

    After the game, Yangpan, a player from MEE, proudly said: “It’s fantastic to win two trophies in one year, and I want to thank everyone of our team for their efforts!” Their team has never lost a game on the ground this year. Yang said: “We get our head in every match, take them very seriously and we don’t underestimate our enemies, this is our key to success.”
